A taste of southeast Baltimore, bottled.

This raw honey was harvested from rooftop colonies near Patterson Park in April 2026. It is a combination of honey that overwintered in the hives as well as fresh honey produced from local spring blooms.

This unique harvest is dark in color with a rich natural caramel toffee flavor. Since this honey is high in pollen, it is crystallizing quickly into a lovely spreadable texture.

Unfiltered, unheated, and always super duper local.
