Patterson Park Raw Spring Honey

This raw honey is a combination of honey that overwintered in the hives as well as fresh honey produced from local spring blooms. This batch is extremely high in pollen! You can actually taste the pollen in honey, which gives it a very rich, earthy flavor. 

Unfiltered, unheated, and always super duper local.
