This raw fall honey is dark in color and has a quintessential autumn flavor. It is jammy and earthy with natural notes of hibiscus and pollen. Produced by honey bees foraging on the diverse blooms surrounding Patterson Park in Southeast Baltimore, this honey captures the essence of the neighborhood's fall landscape.

This honey is still liquid, but is quickly crystallizing (a natural process for all raw honey) into a creamy, spreadable texture.

Harvested September 2025. Unfiltered. Unpasteurized. Always small-batch. Sourced <1 mile from harvest to jar.
